National Day Offer – Policies & Terms
- When purchasing any three selected products, you will receive a 95% discount on the third product, calculated on the lowest-priced item.
- The offer is available exclusively at all Alsannat Luggage branches and applies only to selected products as indicated in-store.
- The discount applies to one product only (the third item) per transaction and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- The discount value cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- Partial returns are not permitted for invoices where this offer has been applied.
- You may be held fully liable before the competent and judicial authorities if it is proven that you are using a misleading or fake email address, impersonating another person to conceal your identity, or publishing prohibited content, viruses, or malicious software that may harm the website.
- In the event of any violation of the above terms, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the website.
Discounts, Shipping & Delivery
- All discounts and payment method offers are calculated on the total product value before tax.
- Accordingly, the Al Rajhi Bank offer is calculated based on the total cart value, not the final order total, with a maximum discount of SAR 10 at a rate of 2%, provided the cart value reaches SAR 500.
- Alsannat customers enjoy free shipping when the cart value (excluding tax) reaches SAR 499.
- A flat shipping fee of 30 applies to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 48 hours, except in cases where the product is not available in the main warehouse. In such cases, fulfillment will be arranged from branch stock, which may take 3–5 business days.
