Quality Assurance

Alsannat luggage and travel accessories undergo comprehensive performance testing by being packed to full capacity and evaluated in accordance with our international quality control standards. Before any product is offered for sale, it is subjected to a series of rigorous tests for strength, durability, and reliability—meeting the essential demands of frequent travelers.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only in the following components: handles, zippers, locks, and wheels. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse (such as transporting unusual or unsuitable items), negligence, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal aging, or transportation-related damage (for example, damage caused by airlines).

Please note that the warranty also does not apply to the economy brand range.
