Warranty Policy

Your luggage is covered by a warranty that applies to manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.

This warranty does not cover repairs resulting from damage caused by transportation, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or any repairs requested after the warranty period has expired.

Please note: The product may be submitted for repair at any Alsannat retail store, after which it will be forwarded to an authorized service center.

Warranty periods may vary depending on the brand. Not all brands are subject to the same warranty duration or component coverage.
