Products Care
Product Care
Our brands are globally recognized and synonymous with quality, elegance, reliability, and innovation in travel luggage and accessories. To ensure the longevity of your luggage and travel accessories, please follow the care guidelines below:
Exterior CleaningUse a soft sponge or cloth with water or a mild household detergent to clean the exterior of the suitcase. For different brands, a multi-purpose liquid cleaner spray may be used, applying firm but careful rubbing.
Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, as well as rough or abrasive sponges, as these may damage the product.
Interior Cleaning
Nylon and polyester components should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. For stains, we recommend using a luggage cleaner or an equal mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol. Avoid bleach-based cleaning products.
For best results, use a lint-removal brush to remove dust and fibers.
Travel Pillows
Travel pillows and polyester bags are not recommended for machine washing. Instead, we suggest spot cleaning with a soft cloth, mild soap (such as dishwashing liquid), and water, then allowing them to air dry.
Storage
Store wheeled luggage in an upright position in a dry place. Avoid exposing luggage to high temperatures. For convenient storage, we recommend placing smaller bags inside larger ones.
TSA Lock Setup Instructions
While many of our products feature TSA-approved locks in different designs, the lock setup process remains the same. Please follow the instructions on the TSA lock card or refer to the guidelines below:
- All new luggage locks are preset to 000.
- To change the combination, press the small round reset button on the side of the lock using a suitable tool such as a pencil or paper clip until you hear a click.
- Set your desired combination by rotating the dials.
- Once the new numbers are set, press or slide the lock/open button until you hear another click. After this second click, your new combination is successfully saved.
Security & Travel Compliance
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) inspectors and airport check-in staff are trained to recognize the Travel Sentry® logo. They understand that luggage displaying this mark is permitted to remain locked.
When necessary, TSA inspectors can open these locks using special tools known only to them. Traveling with Travel Sentry®–approved locks allows security inspections to be conducted more efficiently, without the need to break or damage your lock.
