Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy

Exchange

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition and original packaging.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost. For international exchanges, the customer bears all shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for:
    • Products customized or manufactured upon the customer’s request, unless there is a defect or non-compliance with the agreed specifications.
    • Products purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion (all items purchased in the same order must be returned).

Return

  • The product may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt. The refund process takes between 1 and 14 days, depending on the payment method and the type of payment card used.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The customer bears all return-related costs. For international returns, the customer bears all shipping costs.
  • Returns are not accepted for:

Warranty

  • The warranty covers wheels, handles, zipper accessories, and manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover backpacks, breakage, misuse, or damage caused by airlines.
  • The original purchase invoice must be presented for exchange, return, or warranty service.
